Neel qualified from the University of London in 2008. Soon after this he completed a yearlong certificate course in Contemporary Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. In 2012, Neel obtained the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons England.
Alongside general dentistry, Neel has a special interest in dental Implantology, and is passionate about the positive impact of dental implants on his patients’ quality of life. He has completed a Diploma in Implant Dentistry with Distinction at the University of Warwick, and has also completed a Masters Degree in Implantology at BPP University, London. This has provided him with the highest level of qualification for an implantologist in the UK. He has also carried out research in methods of bone preservation prior to implant placement and has his work published in a dental journal.
Neel has a keen interest in postgraduate education and the importance of continued learning and development for all dentists. He has obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education from the University of Bedfordshire. Consequently, he spends some of his time teaching newly qualified dentists and has been appointed an Educational Supervisor for Health Education England, London Dental Education and Training.
He is also the Chairman for the Watford section of the British Dental Association, which involves organizing lectures for fellow dental professionals to aid their continuing professional development.
Outside his busy working life, Neel has a keen interest in Golf, and also plays the piano. His wife is also a dentist and they have a young daughter called Amaya.
